Make the inner bag:
Cut out the fabric as per the pattern. Note the fold. The material is twice this shape.

With the right sides of the fabric together, sew the longest side from point A to point B.

When you hold the open end BC upward, it will form a bag. Put this sewn seam at point B on the centre fold mark (C) and sew up the open end from end to end, leaving a gap.

Turn through. Fill with beans and close the hole.

Make the outer bag:
Cut the fabric as per the same pattern.

With right sides together, sew the longest edge from point A to point B, leaving the gap D to E for the zip. This is the back of the beanbag, so the back seam. Fit the zip.

As with the lining, put the back seam at B onto the centre point (C) but this time sew from end to end without a gap.

Put it all together:
Turn through and stuff with the inner bag!

Curl up with a good book or pop on your favourite film and enjoy your new beanbag!
