Mojito Mocktail

Makes: 1, Prep: 5 mins

What you'll need (serves 1)

• 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
• the leaves from 3 sprigs fresh mint
• juice 3 limes
• ice cubes
• soda water or lemonade, to serve

Step 1.

Place the sugar, mint leaves and lime juice in a glass.

Step 2.

Muddle together with a muddler stick or rolling pin end.

Step 3.

Add ice cubes and muddle again lightly.

Step 4.

Top the glass up with soda water or lemonade and serve.
