The Story

The Mademoiselle Daisy is a truly maximalist design featuring a stunning cobalt green and striking geometric daisies inspired by Art Nouveau. Many of The Chateau's homeware and accessories feature the print on luxurious soft velvet.

In series 6 of Escape to the Chateau, Dick and Angel revamp their very own adventure bus – a vintage Asquith Van. During its transformation, Angel joked about it feeling like "Driving Miss Daisy", a 30-year-old film loved by Dick and Angel, but, of course, the French version! Along with completely redesigning the inside of the bus, Angel designed the fabric and named it after the bus - Mademoiselle Daisy.

The Wildflower Garden captures the spirit of the untamed surroundings; tendrils intermingle with a rich variety of shapes and forms, creating an alluring web of beauty. I added a sprinkle of Art Nouveau styling to capture the essence of the wild meadow and cutting garden at The Chateau perfectly.
