There's an abundance of gorgeous elderflower in the Walled Garden so off we go with secateurs in hand! Arthur and Dorothy do a fantastic job of collecting lots and then we are back in the Chateau kitchen to make homemade Elderflower Champagne...'Strawbridge Elder Fizz'!
