Our to-do list at The Chateau is never ending and we’re always thinking of new ideas. We’ve had lovely weather lately (with a few very frosty days) and the asparagus has suddenly started growing at full speed. With everything closed at the moment, we’ve had to make do and get creative with what we already have!
