A tapas favourite! This lovely dish combines the sweetness of honey with the heat of chillies. Originally published in The Chateau Kitchen.
What You'll Need:
• 280g chorizo, thinly sliced
• 1 bulb of garlic, separated into cloves and peeled but left whole
• 50ml red wine vinegar
• 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped finely
• 2 tbsp honey
• 100ml red wine
• crusty bread, to serve

Place the chorizo into a large, cold frying pan and place over a medium heat allowing the fat to be released as the pan heats up.
Once this has happened, add the garlic cloves and cook over a low heat for about 5 minutes until the cloves are softened.
Add the vinegar and toss gently for 30 seconds, then add the remaining ingredients and cook for a final 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thickened.
Serve hot with some crusty bread and enjoy!
