Pink Gin Fizz

Pink Gin Fizz makes for the perfect celebration drink, it's deliciously sweet and elegant!

What you'll need (serves 1):

• A few ice cubes
• 2 ounces gin
• 3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
• A squeeze of lemon juice
• 1 ounce sugar syrup
• Sparkling wine

Step 1.

Pop the ice cubes into a champagne glass.

Step 2.

Add the bitters, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

Step 3.

Stir gently.

Step 4.

Top up with sparkling wine and serve.
