Negroni

A Negroni is one of our favourite classic cocktails, we love the bitter taste of the gin and Campari balanced with the sweetness of vermouth and orange peel garnish.

What you'll need (serves 1)

• 25ml gin (we like our very own, Chateau Gin)
• 25ml vermouth rosso
• 25ml Campari
• ice cubes
• strip orange peel

Step 1.

Combine the gin, vermouth and the Campari in a jug, stirring rather than shaking.

Step 2.

Pop some ice cubes into a glass and pour.

Step 3.

Garnish with a strip of orange peel and serve.

Step 4.

Enjoy!
