Since Angel's purchase of a tile printing machine, she prints everything on a tile! From gifts to pictures‚ they look great and are very useful. At The Chateau, we love using these ceramic tiles as kitchen trivets to balance hot plates or as a stand for our plant pots, not forgetting what lovely feature tiles they make!

The Story

Built almost 150 years ago, The Chateau is an ever-changing account of those who have lived in it. Inspired by her wallpaper finds in the attics, Angel decided to make her own unique contribution to the Chateau’s history.

“I always say this is a script you cannot write. What are the chances of finding the entire collection of off-cuts! The Wallpaper Museum has become a favourite story on our TV series, Escape to the Chateau. Who could have imagined that this would open up the future to my own Chateau inspired designs? Five years on and I am proud to have a portfolio of designs big enough to re-create the Wallpaper Museum. What’s even better is seeing the past and present come together.”

The Detail

Our tiles are ceramic and measure 150mm (5.9") x 150mm (5.9") supplied bubble wrapped to help protect the design in transit, then placed into a branded cotton drawstring bag for safe keeping.
