The Story

The Nouveau Heron design is inspired by the heron that circles the moat at Chateau de la Motte Husson, brought to life in an Art Deco style.

In Japanese culture, the heron represents a noble and graceful appearance, a sign of purity and happiness. Surrounded by a picturesque moat, the Chateau is the perfect backdrop for this elegant and symbolic bird. The Nouveau Heron design beautifully encapsulates these qualities.

The Detail

Nouveau Wallpaper upholstery fabric has been expertly made using 100% cotton, has a width of 140cm (55.1") and the repeat pattern is 45cm (17.7"). It is 370gsm and FR treated.

Please note that our upholstery fabric is solid in 1 metre lengths and is non-returnable as once it's been cut to size cannot be resold.
