The Chateau is a delight to the senses. During the winter months, Dick and Angel are lucky enough to have the house filled with fresh decorations from the garden and often burn a candle in their entrance hall. The fragrances travel around the Chateau and many guests comment that they would like to capture the aroma and take it home with them so we have made it possible, by collaborating with Sandy Bay, a home-grown candle expert! Her natural wax blend is beautiful, with a coconut wax inclusion for maximum effectiveness.
We've done lots of research and are pleased to say that they give a clean burn of around 40 hours. All candles are hand poured into The Chateau branded glasses, which can be personalised with a name or house name. They can also be re-used after they have finished burning and are perfect for tea lights!
