The Khay Dee Deba Knife

Every chef should have a Khay Dee Deba in their knife collection (in my opinion)! It’s the perfect tool for prepping smaller items and for all of the fresh herbs that we have grown in The Walled Garden. It has the characteristics of a petite Oriental-style knife and has an ultra-sharp double-bevelled blade. It was traditionally used for filleting fish in Japan but it has a very deep blade sharpened on both sides to suit Western chefs, like me!
