Truffle has always been one of my (Dick's) favourite ingredients to cook with…it's deep, earthy flavour transforms any plain dish into something quite magnificent! Mine and Angela's love for truffles has even been passed down to the kids, Arthur and Dorothy love it just as much as we do...they were so excited when we planted our very own truffle trees here at The Chateau.
We’ve partnered with UK based truffle company Truffle Hunter whose truffles are sourced from all over the world to ensure that they are the best possible quality they can find at that specific time! You’ll find their wonderful products dotted all over the family kitchen at The Chateau…although they don’t last for long in our house that’s for sure.
The Condiment Discovery Range contains Black Truffle Ketchup, Black Truffle Mustard, Black Truffle Mayonaise, White Truffle Honey, Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt and Truffle Dust.
All of these wonderful condiments and sauces should be used just as you would use your traditional condiments, they’ve just got an extra layer of delicious flavour!
With every order we’ll also be including a Chateau recipe card of our favourite Truffle Hunter recipes, which I hope will give you some truffle culinary inspiration…enjoy!
