Every chef should have a Khay Dee Deba in their knife collection (in our opinion)! It's an excellent tool for prepping smaller items and the fresh herbs we grow in the Walled Garden. It has the characteristics of a petite Oriental-style knife and has an ultra-sharp double-bevelled blade. Traditionally used for filleting fish in Japan, it has a deep blade that is sharpened on both sides, making it suitable for Western chefs as well.

You can personalise our knives with a name of your choice to make it a truly unique gift for the food lover in your life!
