A G'n'T is one of our favourite tipples and making our own has always been a dream of ours. The Chateau Gin is infused with citrus, cassia bark, coriander and cardamom seeds. The Walled Garden Gin is inspired by the fragrant botanicals in the family potager, this subtly spiced and citrusy gin is infused with lavender grown at the Chateau.
